Looking for a good “After The Sale”experience, you may want to look elsewhere! Sure, they roll out the red carpet to get you in the door for a sale. HOWEVER, it is goodbye customer service before the ink on the paperwork has time to dry! Word of caution, if you are not well versed in reading the small print, do not skip reading every last document and question EVERYTHING! DOUBLE check, TRIPLE check the final numbers and again, QUESTION everything! This will help you avoid “after the sale” remorse! I speak from first hand experience. This dealership has two sides to them, their “before the sale” persona which is quite different from their “after the sale” persona! I, personally would not recommend this dealership to friends, family or foe! More
I had a great experience with Landy here who spent a lot of time working with me and my family. We had a very comprehensive test drive. WORST new car buying experience ever. Car was on order for over 13 months and when it arrived it lacked a number of the options we had ordered (e.g., rear cargo mat and wheel locks). Neit Car was on order for over 13 months and when it arrived it lacked a number of the options we had ordered (e.g., rear cargo mat and wheel locks). Neither management nor staff know their product. They tried to tell me the plastic cover underneath the motor was the skid plate that was ordered with the vehicle. Also, dealership added an extra $2.2K to the car's price and passed it off for extras they added, which are basically worthless. If we had not waited for 13+ months for this car, I would have asked for my deposit and walked out of the dealership. This was our 2nd Kia. Our first Kia was purchased at Tri-City Kia, Eden, NC and was a far better experience. No plans to return to this dealership. More

I take my car there for service and always great experiences from everyone, I’ve been other places and refuse to return because of the customer service but at University it’s all around great and that’s the main reason when looking at a newer car I stuck with what I like as well as the service, I can’t say enough good about University Kia!!! Great assets to the company and keeps with company in great standings! Kudos to you all!!! More
