Just today I got my car from them, but not what I wanted, the manager "Kia" and Mary is ridiculous... when I talk to them I clearly told them all my information what I wanted, which model, the specs and ever the manager "Kia" and Mary is ridiculous... when I talk to them I clearly told them all my information what I wanted, which model, the specs and everything, and so they made me a quotations to get my check from the bank, after the release my check and everything is set and done I found my self having the car that has a different model different color low specification and functions. And that's not all it took me more than four long hours before they gave me my car.on top of all of this, I don't hear them saying sorry to me, or even admitting their wrong doing, So what can I say.... I don't recommend you guys to get your car from this place!!! More

Our local dealer lied about the colors available just so we'd buy one of their cars, that day, failing to take the long game into consideration. AND 2. After finding the right color and trim level, University Kia quickly followed up on my inquiries to a point which I was comfortable making the 1 hour & 15 minutes to purchase. Sales representative AJ McKoy was timely, courteous, and knowledgeable. The Prestige trim level has a lot of features that could overwhelm a driver who isn't technology savvy, but AJ talked my wife through all the gadgets available. The typical back and forth between sales and management was kept to a minimum and in the end, we agreed to a deal both parties were happy with. More
