After deciding on a Kia Soreto as her new car, my wife and I selected University Kia based on their selection, the communication of their internet department, and the initial trade-in offer of her Subaru. and I selected University Kia based on their selection, the communication of their internet department, and the initial trade-in offer of her Subaru. We have a dealer 11 miles away but drove the 40 extra miles based on two factors. 1. Our local dealer lied about the colors available just so we'd buy one of their cars, that day, failing to take the long game into consideration. AND 2. After finding the right color and trim level, University Kia quickly followed up on my inquiries to a point which I was comfortable making the 1 hour & 15 minutes to purchase. Sales representative AJ McKoy was timely, courteous, and knowledgeable. The Prestige trim level has a lot of features that could overwhelm a driver who isn't technology savvy, but AJ talked my wife through all the gadgets available. The typical back and forth between sales and management was kept to a minimum and in the end, we agreed to a deal both parties were happy with. More
