Disappointing and lied too. I purchased a 2017 Kia Sorrento from this dealer on 2/11/17 and at the time of purchase the salesman and the sales manager told me they would furnish I purchased a 2017 Kia Sorrento from this dealer on 2/11/17 and at the time of purchase the salesman and the sales manager told me they would furnish me a Cargo Mat for the vehicle. I was told to come in on 2/13/17 to pick it up I talked to the sales manager and he went back to parts and then came and told me it was not there and they would call me and let me know when it came in. Then I was told to come back on 2/17/17 because it had not come in. Then on 2/24/17. I contacted the salesman on 2/24/17 and he said he would go back and build a fire under the parts people and get it right away. On 3/3/17 I called the parts department and they said no one had ordered a cargo mat for my car. I called the salesman twice and could not get him to return my calls. These people lied to me not once but several times. Now I will have to drive 20 miles to another dealer to get it serviced because I will not deal with liars an cheaters. After contacting the Kia Corporate office my Cargo Mat was received within a couple days. More
