The only reason I marked one star is because they did not have zero stars rating available. I wrote a review several weeks ago about the pathetic service and sales tactics this establishment uses. To my surp have zero stars rating available. I wrote a review several weeks ago about the pathetic service and sales tactics this establishment uses. To my surprise I received an invitation to speak with one of them implying they wanted to see if they could resolve our dissatisfaction. I blame myself for even thinking that would be their attitude. From the beginning it was a cover/defend/justify. Again that’s on me. As I mentioned in the review, this is my opinion and my opinion only. I would knowingly pay double rather than take a vehicle there or look to purchase one. Life is too short. More
