4 Audi's, 3 BMW's, 2 Volvo's and a Toyota Rav 4 It's true, we have been buying vehicles from Universal since 2005. They have come thru for us in thick and thin with amazing vehicles and service all It's true, we have been buying vehicles from Universal since 2005. They have come thru for us in thick and thin with amazing vehicles and service all these years, even though we now live in St. Louis MO. Just last week my son's entire wheel was stolen from his 2009 Volvo in Ithaca and Universal was able to find a used, reasonably priced wheel and get it to him within the week!! I love my 2016 Audi Q5, a replacement for my 2010 which was totaled by a tree during a storm in the Finger Lakes (where we have a cottage) at the end of that summer, Mark actually drove the car down to me where I was stranded. My husband is on his second BMW 528i, trading in his first from St. Louis, Mark found a perfect replacement at at great price, had it delivered to and the older car picked up in St. Louis. My son's had his 2004 Volvo (bought at Universal of course) at college in Virginia for 3 yrs when it developed a emissions issue that would have been too expensive to fix, so Universal took it as trade-in (even though they probably could'nt sell it) and found him the Rav 4 which is perfect for him now as he has graduated and is moving to Boston. I could go on and on of stories of how Universal has come through for us all these years with excellent cars/service and accommodation of all our crazy lives. They have fantastic cars, it's fun just to browse there, but if you want something they don't have they'll find it for you, they are reasonable, honest and very personable. It's a family run business started by their Dad who was from Germany and really knew his cars!! We have had nothing but a great experience working with Universal all these years and I hope for many years to come. Maria Hudson More
