I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. I was skeptical about it because I had a bad experience at Universal Nissan a few years back, but Universal Hyundai was very different, and family. He was very knowledgeable about the Elantra's and in the end I took home a better model than the one I went to see. I love my new Elantra and I'm glad I stopped in that day and ran into Mr. Cepeda. Although there were several communication issues that lead to extended period of time at the dealership (18 hours total over 3 day were very helpful. The thing that really separates Carlos and Victor apart from other salesmen is that they go about their business the right way. No games, no back and forth, they treat you with respect and that is why I will ONLY go to them from now on for my next hyundai purchase.
