Me and the wife spent about 3 weeks looking at different cars and dealerships. We did not want to rush for this purchase so we were thorough in our selection. After 3 weeks of searching we came across Universal Hyundai and meet Howard. He was very professional and friendly. He was upfront and told us that he was new with the company, had been certified to sell the vehicle so he knew the ins and outs of the Hyundai Sonata. We were impressed with the features and the technology. But the wife did not fall in love with the look. She did however, saw a used 2013 Nissan Altima in the lot. After a test drive and about 2-3 hours of negotiation, we bought the car. Howard was very nice and Felix, his manager really try to pleased us by make 3 counteroffers. We are very happy with the purchase and the service that we received at this dealership. We found out that the car only had 1 key/remote and so we asked about that. Howard had to consult with his manager Felix, but it has no hassle. They promised to make us a 2nd key/remote. Howard and Universal Hyundai changed our image of dealerships. We had a really bad experienced before with Courtesy Toyota in 2007 when we bought a Toyota Camry from them certified used. So we were thrill to have found Universal Hyundai and Howard, who really wanted to provide the best customer service as a priority. Ask for Howard when you go to Universal Hyundai, he calls you after he makes the sale to check on you. Who does that?... He does! More
