Well, I initially rated this dealership this week as excellent and to my demise, received a phone call from Finance area, Tony Hutchinson to come by and return previous vehicle maintenance coupon bookle excellent and to my demise, received a phone call from Finance area, Tony Hutchinson to come by and return previous vehicle maintenance coupon booklet for traded vehicle. Guess what, the dealership had modified my total contract!!!!! When does the nightmare end... This is my second bad experience regarding financing, do they always wait until after having a vehicle for a week and they contact you to come to the dealership and "hit with changes" in contract. Mr. Hutchinson felt I should be happy that "they" were helping me save money by changing the months of payments not keeping in mind the monthly payment is important as well. To my surprise as well, the vehicle was not presented to my credit union as I had asked and they submitted to several lending institutions...and we all know how inquiries into your credit effects your credit score. Mr. Hutchinson was so condescending with attitude that he was doing me a personal favorite. Having asked the night of transaction, you are certain "no chance interest rate will change", "No" because we follow the bank guidelines. Somebody is lying but customer gets the short end and you have no choices...WOW...never again! DON'T BUY FROM DEALERSHIP, IF YOU DO, HAVE YOUR FINANCING PREVIOUSLY ARRANGED CAUSED THEY ARE ?????? I will never do business with this dealership again!!!! More
