If you are looking for great customer service and a great deal, than Universal Hyundai is the place for you. In less than 5 months, my family and I have bought TWO Hyundai Sonatas from John. The overall ex deal, than Universal Hyundai is the place for you. In less than 5 months, my family and I have bought TWO Hyundai Sonatas from John. The overall experience was pretty painless. Both times we left the dealership with MORE than we expected. John does not do the "hard sell" or pressure you into anything. He takes more of a "consultative" role. It really is a pleasure doing business with him. Tony Hutchinson the F&I Manager is very laid back and puts your mind at ease when explaining the numbers. You never feel like he is trying to sell you anything you do not want. He simply lists some additional options/products and it is up to you if you want them or not. Again, no "hard sell" at Universal Hyundai. Everyone you encounter at this dealership is friendly and very attentive. You will not be disappointed if you choose to do business there. More

I sold cars in the past, so I know what to expect when it comes to the process, but I was surprised at how friendly Ed was along with the sales manager. I know some places use high pressure, but I felt like comes to the process, but I was surprised at how friendly Ed was along with the sales manager. I know some places use high pressure, but I felt like I could leave at any time without someone chasing me out the door, which helped me feel at ease and think things through without someone hassling me. You guys have a good thing, hence why the 5 star all around. Keep it up and focus on just making the clients feel like they are in charge! If you do that, you will break sales records every month!
