I have met the sales man that I will buy my cars from here on. I will recommend Alex Cortes from Universal Hyundai for being so honest to me. I went to other Hyundai dealers in Orlando and they lied to my face about rebates and discounts that I knew I qualified for. Alex took his time to go over all my options and gave me time to think on I wanted to do. There was no pressure into buying a car. His exact words to me were "I just want to give you all the information you need to make a wise decision." I was amazed how busy they were, and the gong going off every 5 minutes. My wife and I bought a 2012 certified pre-owned sonata from Universal Hyundai which at the time had a clean vehicle history report. Two months later we took the car to a different Hyundai dealer for servi from Universal Hyundai which at the time had a clean vehicle history report. Two months later we took the car to a different Hyundai dealer for service and they informed us that the car had been in a collision. I checked the vehicle history report and sure enough it had been in an accident 3 months before we bought it. I called Universal Hyundai and explained the situation and they said to come in and they would fix it. Chris Keller the GM took care of us personally and made sure that we were happy. They bought the car back from us for exactly what we paid for it and we put that towards a brand new car and they gave us a great deal. We are very happy with Universal Hyundai. I highly recommend buying from them. Thank you Chris Keller and Chris Arner for taking care us. More
