The customer service is very questionable. Bought tires here last year and now they will not honor free tire rotation. They claim I have to have an oil change with the rotation. He was also very patient with me during all of our phone calls due to the fact that a lot of our "deal making" was over the phone since I live about two and a half hours away from this dealership. Joan, the F&I Manager, was also very friendly,knowledgable and professional. I would definetly recommend this dealership to my friends and family, due to the fact that I was so impressed with them, even with the drive. More
