I am a four time repeat cusumer so I guess that speaks for itself. I am very happy with my car and the service attention I have received now and in past years. Prior to purchase, the vehicle had a low battery. It was replaced by a new one prior to purchase.... not just jump-started and waiting to see if it was a good battery. After the purchase, an issue with the front brakes was attended to in a timely, professional and courteous manner. I am currently waiting to resolve a wind noise issue. It is being handled in a professional manner. Once again the staff fully explained the process. More

The physical layout of the service area, including such amenities as wireless internet, coffee, snacks, etc. makes it possible for me to schedule a service visit during my work day and still be productive while the service is being performed. Without exception, every one of the people I have dealt with in the service department has been friendly, well informed, and a pleasure to deal with. I think this dealership has done an incredible job with their service department and it would be a major contributor to my decision to purchase another vehicle at this dealership. More
I purchased a new Malibu in Aug. 2011, but miss the driver extras that were included in my 2001 Impala. These were the traction control alert, the ease of adjusting the steering wheel, the mute button driver extras that were included in my 2001 Impala. These were the traction control alert, the ease of adjusting the steering wheel, the mute button for radio on the steering wheel, cassette player and the extra positioning adjustments for the seats. The Impala was much more consumer friendly. My Malibu is a very attractive car, but I feel every bump in the road, not so with my Impala. I found the 2011 Impalas to be UGLY! The interior design left much to be desired ,(what's with the two tone designs?) The classiness of Chevrolet was vividly missing! ************************** My salesperson, Doug, is to be commended for his professionalism. I enjoyed his expertise but was mistrustful of the gentlemen that signed me. Doug should have been the person to do it! I like to finish up with the man who I started with. I knew I was shopping for a popular car, the Equinox, so we decided to go with a large dealer like Barton. We also had a good experience there in 2008 when we purchased our Trailblazer. They had a limited inventory on this model, and nothing in a few hundred mile radius that had the features I wanted. They encouraged me to order the car from the factory & my car came in four weeks with everything I wanted and nothing I didn't. Dan our salesman was very friendly & honest. There was obvious teamwork involved, and the purchasing process went very smoothly. Also, from everything I read, I think we got a fair price. More
Dan did a great job for Barton Birks. It was my first time at the dealership. I was very disappointed in the other two chevy dealers in my area.
