Took my truck in for a service and had some problems. 1. Truck was not ready when promised. 2, Had the oil changed and they shorted it one quart, totally unacceptable. In the leasing of a new Cadillac I found that the salesman Phil handled evrything dealing with the new vehicle very well... and then we had the opportunity to meet the owner Ron Barton which made the salesman Phil handled evrything dealing with the new vehicle very well... and then we had the opportunity to meet the owner Ron Barton which made the sale even more pleasant. WHEN I TAKE MY CAR IN FOR SERVICE THEY ALL WAYS TREAT ME LIKE A FREIND NOT JUST A CUSTOMER, THEY GREET ME ON ARRIVAL EVEN IF THEIR VERY BUSY THEY DO THE LITTLE EXTRA'S LIKE CHECKING MY WINDSHEILD WASHER FLU LIKE A FREIND NOT JUST A CUSTOMER, THEY GREET ME ON ARRIVAL EVEN IF THEIR VERY BUSY THEY DO THE LITTLE EXTRA'S LIKE CHECKING MY WINDSHEILD WASHER FLUID NO MATTER WHY I AM THERE THEY ALWAYS TAKE THE TIME TO LOOK MY CAR OVER AND LET ME KNOW IF THERE ARE THING OTHER THAN WHAT I CAME FOR THAT MIGHT CAUSE ME PROBLEMS DOWN THE ROAD. MANY TIMES I KNOW THEY HAVE GIVING ME A BREAK ON THE REPAIR BILL. AND THEY ALWAYS FIX THE PROBLEM RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. AND ONTHE WAY OUT THEY GIVE ME A FREE CAR WASH.I CANT FIND THIS KIND OF CUSTOMER CARE ANY PLACE ELSE. More
I purchased a new Malibu in Aug. 2011, but miss the driver extras that were included in my 2001 Impala. These were the traction control alert, the ease of adjusting the steering wheel, the mute button driver extras that were included in my 2001 Impala. These were the traction control alert, the ease of adjusting the steering wheel, the mute button for radio on the steering wheel, cassette player and the extra positioning adjustments for the seats. The Impala was much more consumer friendly. My Malibu is a very attractive car, but I feel every bump in the road, not so with my Impala. I found the 2011 Impalas to be UGLY! The interior design left much to be desired ,(what's with the two tone designs?) The classiness of Chevrolet was vividly missing! ************************** My salesperson, Doug, is to be commended for his professionalism. I enjoyed his expertise but was mistrustful of the gentlemen that signed me. Doug should have been the person to do it! I like to finish up with the man who I started with. It was not the way to deal with me. More
