I purchased my X3 in September 2014 and needed a simple interior trim piece replaced. Not only did they get the wrong part in twice but my advisor Kip Stovall told me that he checked to be sure it was correct before I made the 104 mile round trip. He never checked, I wasted two trips and he never called me back again. It's almost as if he was mad at me......? I called Global and they were able to get the correct part in within four days.... I'm sticking with Global and avoiding Roswell like the plague. More

I reached back out to my salesman, Michael Kim, and he told me he had an amazing deal for me. When I came in to see him, I brought the car from fields BMW in Orlando, and he notified me that I was in a horrible deal. He showed me 2014 550 with the M Sport package that was absolutely amazing. I did not think I was going to drive home in it, but after he worked out some amazing financing, and extras, that dream came true. it was a long day due to the financing aspects of it, but in the end, it was all worth it. I don't plan on meeting another BMW soon, but I have told any old BMW owner that they need to come and see Michael Kim in Roswell because he will make sure that you drive away happy. More

Due to me picking the car that was at the Gwinnett dealership I had a wait a little while in order for the car to show up and to be detailed. Paige checked on me and my family to make sure we didn't need anything. The neat thing about getting the car transferred was that they don't actually drive the car to and from each dealership, to keep the miles and ensure nothing happens to the car in transit they load it up onto a flat bed! I am in LOVE with my car and I am so appreciative that I was able to have Paige by my side throughout my car buying experience.
