On day the wild hair surfaced and the curiosity began its toll. However, we were not prepared to engage in the hassle of an aggressive and annoying sales-professional. Having shopped the lots of several high-end vehicle manufactures/dealers, one particular dealership and its staff peeked our interest due to their non-aggressive approach, but willingness to help. That was United BMW in Alpharetta. Simply put, the sales professional Charles Reed, along with his sales manager and finance manager were TOTALLY AWESOME. The deal was simple, easy, non-time consuming, and amazing!!! The TEAM at United BMW (Alpharetta) made this a POSITIVE experience for us as first time BMW owners. If you are or are not in the market for a BMW, you gotta check Charles out, he is amazing and professional. Job Well Done Charles and your crew at United BMW in Alpharetta. Great sales support and follow-through I contacted United after finding them on the web and getting a good reference from a friend. I gave them specific parameters for the car I wanted. Andrew stayed in touch when candidate autos came available. Not pushy, just good solid follow-through. When I found a candidate online Andrew alerted me that it did not meet all of my criteria, found another, and made an excellent offer. I left immediately for United and was much delayed due to traffic. Andrew was waiting for me 30 min prior to closing and had everything ready to go. The entire transaction was seamless. Marie, the business manager, worked tirelessly to close out the paperwork and had me on my way as efficiently as I've ever seen. This one singularly the best car buying experience I've ever had. More

Amazing New Car Sales Service I purchased a 2017 BMW 540i--which I am in LOVE with!! Not to mention my used 2013 328xi I bought a while back from them. Sales team was wonderful! Josh Sinsley was my Client Advisor again and he worked with my flip flopping of what I wanted and made sure that I was happy when I left. Dimitri Gossieaux did my financing and worked a great deal for me!! I loved my paperwork guy, Allen, he was so much fun to deal with. All around a great place to buy a new BMW. More
Exceptional experience with a new car salesman!!! It is not often that I'm moved to write an on-line review. I reserve those efforts for notably good and bad experiences. I went to United BMW to test drive a 530i - one of four vehicles that I was considering. Knowing no better, I parked at the Pre-owned Car area of the dealership and had the great fortune of meeting Mr. Charles Reed. He asked me what I was looking for and indicated that we would have to travel to the newly-built New Car lot, about 1/2 mile up the road. Charles found a car that matched my stated requirements and off we went. His knowledge of the vehicle, his ability to compare and contrast it with the other vehicles that I was considering, and his general demeanor were exceptional. At no time that I feel that Charles was "selling me a car". In my opinion, he was simply ensuring that I had an excellent experience during my test drive. That type of customer service is note-worthy. I believe that he truly enjoyed telling me about this excellent vehicle as much as I enjoyed test driving it. The positive experience continued when I was introduced to Dimitri Gossieaux. Dimitri asked the right questions, understood my position, made no attempt at any type of pressure (e.g., "what can I do to put you in this car today?" type of crap), and politely, but enthusiastically, told me what steps I would need to take to move forward with a lease. For several good reasons, I leased the vehicle. Lastly, my travel schedule precluded me from picking up the car during normal business hours. I would have to wait two weeks. Charles volunteered to meet me on his own time on a Sunday evening, so that I could begin experiencing my new BMW - that is the definition of above and beyond. If you're in the market for a new (or used) BMW, find Charles and tell him that Steve sent you! More
Used Car Purchase, Discovery of a Coolant Leak I recently and happily purchased a BMW product (a 2012 MINI Cooper Clubman S) from United BMW. I found my Client Advisor, Devon Patterson to be very I recently and happily purchased a BMW product (a 2012 MINI Cooper Clubman S) from United BMW. I found my Client Advisor, Devon Patterson to be very congenial and helpful. He also involved the facility manager, Dimitri Gossieaux in the transaction. Understanding that a safety inspection was performed on the vehicle with negative findings, I felt assured that I would not have to spend money to perform anything but maintenance on the vehicle for some time. It was quickly discovered that the car had a coolant leak when the vehicle was on a lift at the local MINI dealership. The leak had been caused by a cracked thermostat housing. I had seen a leak on my garage floor but presumed (wrongly) that it was only AC condensation. I submitted the information to Devon and Dimitri, along with the used car sales manager, Brandon. Through a process, Brandon agreed to cover half the cost of the repair. I appreciate the effort that was made to correct the issue. It would have been stellar to have the entire repair paid for, especially because I diligently shopped for the best repair price, and saved the dealership $200 on a $600 repair when compared to the estimate given by MINI. I think its a moral obligation to share the goodness and professionalism exhibited by Dennis and United BMW. Its my 3rd car within a span of a year and a half and every time I had better experience than before..In my personal opinion after dealing with different sales advisers and dealers, nothing comes closer to United BMW Roswell in general and Dennis Souffront in particular. Dennis Souffront is a unique, rare and balanced mix of compassion, friendliness, professionalism and enthusiasm. He was kind enough to accommodate me according to my schedule by staying late and I mean really late!! He was enthusiastic and supportive all long the process ensuring that my needs are met. His services, attitude and commitment are truly commendable and admirable!!
