Price was agreed upon given incentive program with my salesperson specifically stating "and you'll get the incentive right off of that"... only to have it pulled back later with claims that he never said that. The finance manager wasn't even aware to check for the incentive until I brought it up with them, but I specifically mentioned it multiple times with my salesperson. Moving from there, the finance manager told me my credit history was a lot shorter than it actually is and I don't get the incentive anyway, they told me an amount of time that made no sense as nothing in my credit history changed or was added at that time, so I fact-checked what they told me directly with BMW Financial Services (corporate) and found out the dealership was in-fact wrong. Even if I look beyond the incentive, Kennedy was very unprofessional in the way he handled this situation. Throwing blame everywhere making me extremely uncomfortable. It became less about the price, and more of the mistrust and feeling of discomfort. We are a BMW family and my dad wanted to add an X6 to the family, but after a talk with Kennedy he told me to walk away. I still wanted my car so I stuck around. Because of the feeling of discomfort, I called the dealership directly to work with someone else. By now I didn't even care about the incentive, I just wanted the car and would have been extremely reasonable on price. So I called and worked with Gianni, told him the exact car and stock # for it. We discuss, and he tells me he will run the numbers for me and get back the next day. Next day comes, nobody calls me. So the following day (today) I call back and find out they are selling it to someone as I am talking on the phone. Overall it seems these guys hide information and pick and choose to get the biggest commission checks because they are a high-volume dealer. Oh and I forgot to mention that the finance manager didn't call me 3 times she said she would and never explained to me why she thought my credit history was as short as she mentioned (remember, I called BMW FS and found out the finance manager was in-fact wrong). Just really can't trust this dealer at all. Thanks for the hard hit to my credit for nothing and a wonderful experience at United. More

Thank you for handling all of my questions and concerns over the phone with understanding and expediency. I liked the way that Che communicated regularly and used video of the vehicle in addition to photoenabling me to really get the information that I wanted. When it came time to take delivery of the X5, I was impressed with the quality, cleanliness and certification of the car -- along with the fulfillment of special request to install a different set of wheels and tires. Special shout out to "BMW Genius" Carllton for picking me up at MARTA after my flight and going through the test drive and delivery experience. There is so much more tech in the car then I even have in my 2007 550is, so that's a really critical part of the process in my opinion! Excellent work United BMW! More

Eric Rossman has been my service advisor for the last few years.I trust him and the mechanics not to dose up the repair order for things that were not needed as in my prior experience. He listens carefully and ensures that my car is delivered fixed/serviced on time and clean. What else could you ask for. My car is 10 years old so this is not a comment on "warranty work" Many dealerships do fine in sales but screw up the customer service in the Service Department. Buy your BMW here and get it serviced here. More

I work in the automotive field and have spent decades working with retail car dealerships, and I know a great deal more about this business than the average car buyer. I did not have any BMW dealer clients and wanted a M240i, so my experience should be typical of the typical United BMW customer. My sales advisor, Gianni Fermin, was genuine, friendly, enthusiastic about the product and beyond helpful in constantly going the extra mile for me. He exceeded my expectations at every level of our relationship, from our first meeting in June until my delivery in September. He is a pleasure to deal with and a man of his word. The buying experience was easy and pleasurable, I wanted a very specific car and Gianni found it for me. Additionally, the delivery experience was first class, far exceeding anything I've ever seen. Every item on my to-do list was performed to the highest standards of excellence. My delivery genius, Kelsey Vogel, is not only incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, but she is also friendly and professional, and maintained the same ultra high standard of quality in the entire delivery process. After being stranded for 5 hrs the car was finally towed to the BMW service department. When I contacted the United BMW manager Dimitri Gossieaux and explained the situation, he immediately took action. Dimitri, was not happy about my wife being stranded for so long and took action to replace the tire even though not under warranty. He went beyond the obligation of BMW to take care of my wife and I couldn't be more thankful. A truly class act! More
