I drove from the state of Florida to Georgia to purchase my 340 I. The car was held for me due to traveling a great distance, but it was worth it. I will say by far that this was the best experience I ever had. The process was very fast and I left not only feeling pleased, but if I want to purchase another vehicle in the future, it would definitely be from United BMW, and my sales advisor will be with Mr. Che Hall. Absolutely happy with my purchase I came to United BMW looking for a 528i and the one that was online was the one I thought I was going to buy. On my way to the dealership it was sold I came to United BMW looking for a 528i and the one that was online was the one I thought I was going to buy. On my way to the dealership it was sold. But, my amazing Client Advisor Kennedy Adams was to the rescue. He showed me a 528i that had just came in days before that and it actually had more features than the one that I wanted at first. The deal on it was even sweeter than the other one and Kennedy made sure that I was 100% satisfied and he even delivered the car to my job. My purchase was amazing but all because of Kennedy! His customer service skills are off the charts!! I will definitely recommend United BMW and Kennedy Adams :) More

1st poor experience with BMW service My mother had her 2015 M235i in for service this morning. The car has about 25,000 miles and was purchased new, so it is covered under BMW's maintenan My mother had her 2015 M235i in for service this morning. The car has about 25,000 miles and was purchased new, so it is covered under BMW's maintenance plan. The car was in for routine service, but we had also noticed that the headlights are terribly misaligned. Upon request for headlight alignment, Carol told my mother that was "how they were designed to not blind traffic", but documented that the technician did check the car and found no problem. This has to be false since switching on the lamps and pointing the car at the wall shows the lights to be very far off, the passenger beam aimed at the ground. It isn't slight enough that it might go unnoticed on even casual inspection. BMW service has always been pretty good by most standards. But this dealership is not local and did not take the time to properly diagnose and repair a real issue (a safety one, at that) with this car, which is not the first new BMW my family has purchased. I understand that is not at all uncommon among dealerships of all makes, but nevertheless this one is not recommended. To be fair, we were contacted by the dealership after the visit, but we are not interested in returning. More
Excellent Car Buying Experience! My wife and I were looking for a new vehicle, and not necessarily a BMW. In one of our visits to several car dealerships we went to United BMW in Rosw My wife and I were looking for a new vehicle, and not necessarily a BMW. In one of our visits to several car dealerships we went to United BMW in Roswell, GA where we met Brandon Fiffie. Working with Brandon was not only painless, it was enjoyable. I found him to be honest, hard working, and engaging to talk with. We had such a good experience with Brandon and United BMW of Roswell we decided to buy a brand new BMW X3. Within 24 hours the BMW was totaled... My wife was stuck by a woman driving a Ford Expedition while traveling up GA 400. The Expedition was totaled as well. I credit the X3, built like a tank, with saving my wife's life. The best part? Brandon was not only concerned he called on HIS time to see how my wife was doing. On top of that he had an identical BMW X3 brought down from a dealership in NC within 24 hours of insurance company decision, and we bought a second BMW from United BMW of Roswell. Brandon is incredible! Any future BMW purchases I make will be with him! Finally, Dan Sylvester in the finance department was a pleasure to wrk with as well. I didn't get the feeling I was about be be taken advantage of anywhere in the buying process, either time! More

Unorganized and Indifferent I brought my 4 year old BMW in to have a few minor repairs done that have shown up on service bulletins. I had an appointment for 10am and at 10:50 I I brought my 4 year old BMW in to have a few minor repairs done that have shown up on service bulletins. I had an appointment for 10am and at 10:50 I finally asked when I was going to be seen. They hadn't even entered my name into the schedule after making the appointment. After finally sitting down with the advisor I explained I had car checked out by a certified BMW mechanic and I know what I need done and explained it to the service advisor. He refused the repairs until I paid $154 to have his mechanic look at it. He also explained that since I was 8,000 over warranty no rental car would be provided and I would have to contact enterprise and pay $38/day. With the car being relatively new and all service being performed by BMW I thought that I'd have my repairs done by the actual dealer. Never again, the constant repairs and poor customer service has me longing for the days when I owned my Mercedes. I guess I need to start looking for a MB to replace this 5 series. More
