We entered the United showroom disappointed and deflated. The sales staff quickly recognized our frustration and introduced us to Dimitri Gossieaux, the New Car Sales Manager, who immediately stopped what he was doing to attend to our situation. He was gracious and apologetic (even though the fault was the initial dealerships) and reassured us that he would remedy the problem and find the "perfect" vehicle for us, which he did. Throughout the process, Dimitri was a consummate professional. If you're looking for a new BMW, look no further than Dimitri and the staff at United BMW. It was well worth the 115 mile trip. More

After unenthusiastically browsing a few cars online, I decided to visit the local BMW dealership, United BMW. I’d had a pleasant experience there with a previous purchase of an i3 for commuting, although I had no idea how much things had changed. The entire store had a makeover showcasing Europe’s most modern designs —inside and out. Upon walking into this flagship store, I was graciously greeted by the dealership manager and then introduced to a top sales associate who patiently worked with me for weeks to try almost every car. I ended my search by purchasing the very first car I tried, an X6. My sales associate, Gianni Fermin, made the car-buying experience intelligent, informative, and so easy. With zero pressure, upon each evening visit, Gianni greeted me with a smile and was eager to provide specific information that better informed my choice. From beginning to end, he made the experience positive. The X6 is perfect —the overall size is roomy and comfortable, the styling, quiet ride, superior driving experience, and consistent BMW features (that work!) make it a luxurious and smart value. And then...7 months later, the X6 was determined “a total loss” due to a serious front-end collision. Thankfully, no one was injured, not even a scratch or bruise on anyone. All of the X6’s driver and front passenger airbags deployed, keeping my children safe. I AM A BELIEVER —BMW makes a superior car, period. Although unfortunate, the accident reminded me that cars can be replaced, but those you love cannot. I could not have become a stronger supporter of BMW products. I still wish the circumstances in which I learned this, had been different. Round 2: Obviously, I phoned Gianni at United BMW (how nice to be able to keep in contact with a gifted associate) and began searching for a replacement. This time, I decided to try United’s certified pre-owned program and allow the previous buyer to take the depreciation. Once again, Gianni was beyond helpful. After speaking on the phone, when I arrived at the dealership and snow had begun to fall (ugh...snow in Atlanta closes businesses and sends everyone home early), Gianni had 4 cars, warmed up, parked side-by-side in front, and ready to be looked over. For that alone, HE deserves 5 stars! I’ve never had such excellent service. After all the test drives of various cars, Gianni and the dealership manager, Chris, invited me to select a favorite and try an extended test drive. Done! Having the ability to drive the car alone, park it in my garage, and allow my children to speak into the selection solidified my choice. The second purchase was even easier (if that could be possible). Between Gianni’s excellence, the finance manager, Michael’s, astute organization and efficiency, the second purchase was effortlessly completed. From beginning to end, the purchase required just over an hour. As a health-care provider, I cannot afford to cancel an entire day of patients who have waited months, therefore, the selection process and purchase had to be in the evening —even amid a snow event in Atlanta. Gianni and his team at United BMW patiently listened, executed with intelligence and excellence in every detail, once again earning my lifelong advocacy of their store, team, and the overall brand. Bad dealership Worst service ever since the day I purchased my bmw 528 there. I have been telling my wife not to take the car back there and finally she heard me. Took the car there last time in Sep 2017 to change oil and was told that there was no need for it. Four months later, I decided to take to another dealership which told me the car (with only 30 K miles and 7 years of use) had an oil leak which can cause fire. Repair will be more than 1 K. Also front brakes on the car are gone only after 30 K!! Compared to my lexus, the reliability of a bmw is junk! Will never buy a bmw again! More

I had a less than "10" experience at a competitor dealership this past year and initially was concerned and had my guard up. It turned out, it was unnecessary, as my Client Advisor, Andy Correa, provided exemplary customer service from the initial meeting to delivery of the vehicle. In addition to his knowledge, professionalism, and positive attitude, he made the whole process seamless, painless/ no pressure, and stress-free—something I deeply appreciate. Michael Carvajal was the Financial Manager responsible for handling the finance portion of the sale. He was extremely detail-oriented and patient, responding to every single question I had and provided expert advice. The day after purchasing the vehicle, there was a technological hiccup, resulting in the car being in the service department for several days. Andy stayed in touch and was extremely apologetic over the ordeal. He went above and beyond for a customer. If afforded the opportunity to work with him again, I would not hesitate and definitely would recommend his services to others. I had an exceptional experience with United BMW, the top-notch team provided excellent services, with customer satisfaction as their top priority. More
