We committed to driving outside our reasonable search criteria to attempt to make the purchase of our dream car come true. Kennedy Adams was our client adviser and immediately contacted us after our initial inquiry. Kennedy assured us that our specifically requested vehicle (CPO) would be available for us upon our arrival. Solidifying the deal was quick, graceful, and still exciting. All our expectations were met and exceeded. Kudos to the team (Kennedy, Chris, and Ben) who helped us get this purchase complete! Thanks United BMW!!! More
Beware. These guys tried to do something illegal Beware. They tried to sell me a certified pre-owned that couldn't pass emissions. Not sure how to trust a dealer that says they do a CPO and a 3 yea Beware. They tried to sell me a certified pre-owned that couldn't pass emissions. Not sure how to trust a dealer that says they do a CPO and a 3 year old car with 25K miles can't get emissions? Just a miserable experience, lots of waiting, then a deal is done and literally when they are delivering the car they say "it failed emissions, but you should be fine after you drive it a while". Not just a trust issue with BMW, but the CPO process as well. Keep your emotions in check when you buy, much easier to walk away. Selling a car without valid emissions in GA is against the law. More

As I live over 5 hours from United BMW, Matas went out of his way I found a vehicle online at United BMW. I called and spoke to Matas Dainorovicius. As I live over 5 hours from United BMW, Matas went out of his way, including taking additional pictures, multiple times to send me and even facetiming me so that I could see some things up close. I drove down and ended up bringing the car home with me. Matas and United BMW were wonderful to work with. To close the deal, Sam Sylvester was also wonderful. I feel like I left Georgia with two new friends. Thanks guys! You ROCK! More

Terrible service; does not honer contracts My experience with the service department was completely unacceptable. I will never have either my 540i or my wife's 435i serviced here again. We wi My experience with the service department was completely unacceptable. I will never have either my 540i or my wife's 435i serviced here again. We will also not be buying our next BMWs from this dealer. The communication from the service department was extremely poor. They had the car two weeks while they played trial and error trying to determine the problem finally charging me $700 for service that I requested i get a written quote before work was done (never provided). The car was a disgrace when it was returned to me and I have the pictures to prove it. - Doorsill molding not replaced. How does anyone give a car back to a customer like this and think it's ok?! - Bottom part of steering column missing (was in the back seat) - Plenty of dirt and grease left behind; the old ignition module replaced as part of their guessing game (old part was fine) in a greasy box on the driver's seat. The saga continues: We turned in a 435i under the Owner’s Choice program and it was one of the most frustrating and painful experiences I have had in 35 years of buying and leasing vehicles. Section 4 (Balloon Payment) of our Owner’s Choice contract clearly states $NA per mile for any miles over 12,000 miles per year. Despite this United BMW insisted we owed ~$200 in excess mileage ($0.25/excess mile). I explained we have a written and signed legally binding contract that states there is not charge per mile for miles in excess of 12,000 per year. At one point, after we had been at United BMW for 45 minutes the finance manager threatened me that if we did not agree to the excess mileage charge he would have BMW NA inspect the car. This was after the dealer had inspected the car two times and found no issues except for a $100 repair to the underside of the front bumper. The implication from the Finance Manager was clear: “accept the charges or we will find something wrong with the car and it will cost you more”. This type of bullying behavior is completely unacceptable and, in my view, the finance manager should be fired. At this point the manager of the dealership came over and read through my Owner’s Choice contract and stated that the dispute was with BMW Financial Services not with United BMW and there was nothing he could of would do. I informed him that I was not going to sign a document that I disputed part of. This discussion continued back and forth for another 10 minutes before we comprised on a hard copy being printed and language added indicating I was disputing the excess mileage charge. I have owned BMWs and been a member of the BMW CCA for 19 years, however my relationship with BMW is ending after this fiasco. United BMW is truly one of the worst automotive dealerships I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I am making a concerted effort to relate my experience on social media and anyone who asks me about BMW. More
