What makes her the best is that when I need service, she gives me an appointment within 1-2 days and Regarding service, Carol Craig is the best. Moreover, she always has a smile on her face and answers the hundreds of questions I may have with patience. There are never any surprises. If there are any additional costs involved, I know well in advance so I can make the decision regarding whether I want the work done or not. Also, I have a warranty and she always works with me to assure my warranty will cover what it should. Carol is always professional and thorough.
