I bought three cars here in the last three years. I made a service appointment where they promised a loaner. When I showed up for the appointment, no loaners were available. I decided to finance a car and stop leasing with BMW and it was the worst experience turning in my lease. My vehicle was kept under the required miles and in great shape. I had no idea how poorly they would treat me on the way out. When I turned in my vehicle they told me I owed $600 for two new tires ($600) for whoever the new owner would be. Mind you that they would just put new tires on the vehicle before selling to a new owner. The head of sales came out to discuss my concerns but gave zero consultation but in stead made sure I knew that if I had stayed in business with them they would have been able to help and not charge me. What makes it worse is I had serviced the vehicle with BMW three weeks before and was told I didn’t need to buy new tires given that I was about to turn it back in. I decided to not turn the car back in just yet to find more affordable tires to buy and then return it. While driving home got a call from BMW just to tell me I also will owe an additional $350 fee that I had no idea about for not staying with their business. Given the stresses of this year, it was devastating that they would treat me this poorly after back to back three year leases with them. It seems like they are more interested in punishment for leaving their business than rewarding for loyalty. Just fair warning to anyone thinking about starting business with them, they will hurt you on the way out. Sparky was my salesman and did a good job. These issues were not his fault. More

I have been buying and servicing my cars here since 2002. Regarding service, Carol Craig is the best. What makes her the best is that when I need service, she gives me an appointment within 1-2 days and Regarding service, Carol Craig is the best. What makes her the best is that when I need service, she gives me an appointment within 1-2 days and mostly the next day. She always has a rental for me. Moreover, she always has a smile on her face and answers the hundreds of questions I may have with patience. There are never any surprises. If there are any additional costs involved, I know well in advance so I can make the decision regarding whether I want the work done or not. Also, I have a warranty and she always works with me to assure my warranty will cover what it should. Carol is always professional and thorough. I appreciate her and all the help she has provided me over the years. I actually look forward to my service appointments!
