I purchased a 2018 GMC ACADIA from Unique Auto over 30 days ago. I do not have my Registration & license plates that I paid for. My temporary Plates have expired and I keep getting pulled Over! Also I had days ago. I do not have my Registration & license plates that I paid for. My temporary Plates have expired and I keep getting pulled Over! Also I had to replace my brakes, tires and my amplifier for my radio all had to be replaced along with only receiving one key fob for the vehicle all of these items where purchased out of my pocket. I am not sure what is going on over there but its not up to a prestigious title. I want what I paid for! More

I had been looking for a BMW in great condition and low miles in the web and had visited 3 dealers but was They have an impressive lineup of choices. I had been looking for a BMW in great condition and low miles in the web and had visited 3 dealers but was not happy with the choices, some to available as advertised, and was put off by some of the salespeople. STEVEN V. is the best I have dealt with in all my times buying cars, 9 between my wife and I. The price advertised was honored, as always there were fees but they were detailed and listed. They offered extended warranties and insurance but not pushed or made them a requirement to complete the sale, as other dealerships deceptively do. I had to return later in the week to pickup the car and Steven greeted and took me in right away and insisted I take another test drive since time had passed since the first one. We got paperwork done, turned in my trade-in and Steven put my old lic. plates in the trunk of my new car. Finding the car I wanted was most important but Steven made the whole process as painless as it could be made, he responded to calls and text messages timely and always had a happy/fun attitude even after I took the car home and called with a question days later.
