My experience with this dealership has been nothing short of a nightmare, highlighting a culture of deceit and a stark lack of accountability. My salesperson, Willy, epitomized the dealership's corrupt ethos of a nightmare, highlighting a culture of deceit and a stark lack of accountability. My salesperson, Willy, epitomized the dealership's corrupt ethos. He was evasive from the start, routinely deflecting my questions to the finance department without ever providing any direct answers. After purchasing my car, I discovered that the HUD was malfunctioning. Willy's response was merely to direct me to Manufacture dealership because it was under warranty, showing no intention of assisting further. Even more frustrating was the issue of the missing second key. Willy ambiguously mentioned, "if we have it, we will send it with the license plate." No key ever arrived, leaving me with empty promises and no direct answers. Post-sale, Willy became utterly unreachable. I made 13 attempts to contact him about items that were owed to me as per the 'we owe' form, only to be met with rudeness and neglect. My calls to the manager were equally fruitless, never receiving a callback despite multiple voicemails. Ultimately, I decided to purchase the missing items myself from the manufacturer due to the dealership's failure to fulfill their promises. This dealership, with Willy as their frontman, operates on manipulation and evasion. They will say anything to make a sale and then vanish when held to account. I urge potential customers to steer clear of this establishment unless you are willing to be another victim of their unethical practices. More

I would rate this Dealer as less than 1 star if there were such a rating. Their advertised prices are false and misleading, clearly designed to suck in the consumer. Expect to be hit with a $3500 to $4 were such a rating. Their advertised prices are false and misleading, clearly designed to suck in the consumer. Expect to be hit with a $3500 to $4500 "Unique Certification Bundle" which is misleading in itself. In the days of certified used cars this wording is designed to dupe the consumer into thinking that they are getting a "certified used car", you are not. This is little more that a charge for over blown dealer prep that they will not back down on. This, in turn, increases the price of every car that they sell by a significant margin. The true cost of any car from Unique Auto Mall is the advertised price plus the completely bogus "Unique Certification Bundle". In addition they attempted to charge another additional fee of $895.00 for a LoJack tracking device that was already installed on the car by the original dealer. Another total scam. The words that I would use to describe Unique Auto Mall? Unethical, misleading, calculating, sleazy, jut to name a few. Buyer beware. More
General manager Gene K's response to my review of my experience with Unique Auto Mall is, of course and, not surprisingly, inaccurate. He states "a lowball offer", there was no lowball offer made at al experience with Unique Auto Mall is, of course and, not surprisingly, inaccurate. He states "a lowball offer", there was no lowball offer made at all. My offer was to pay the full advertised price for the vehicle. How could this possibly be construed as "low-ball"? At no time did I even attempt to negotiate as I knew the advertised price was a fair price and I'm known as a very fair individual. In fact, the next day, Unique Auto Mall contacted me to tout a new even lower advertised price for the vehicle which I was pleased to learn. Once again, I made no attempt to negotiate the advertised price, why would I? Unique Auto Mall then sent me their proposal for the car. Only at that time did I learn of the "Unique Certification Bundle". There was no previous discussion regarding this "bundle" at all. The same holds true for the LoJack. When I pressed the salesman regarding these items he very clearly stated that these were required fees and they were not negotiable and that New Jersey law allows for this type of marketing and additional fees. I once again stated that I would pay the advertised price, the Destination Fee, the Document Fees and the Total Contract Fee and nothing more. I was once again informed that the "bundle" and the LoJack fees are non-negotiable. Given the true facts surrounding this situation, it seems logical that Gene K would have been the one that low-balled the price of the car and advertised it as such. I did not set the price of the vehicle, Unique Auto Mall did. It may have been their intention to make-up the advertised low-ball price with the undisclosed fees. It is not possible for me to know what the reasons might be for Unique Auto Mall setting the price where they did. What I do know is that the real price of the car is not as advertised. Because these fees are "non-negotiable" the real cost in this case is actually approximately $4,500.00 more than advertised. Why would they not just state the real total price? Certainly not a business model to which most consumers would subscribe. given the hundreds of reviews that I have now read regarding this practice, you would think that they would get a clue. I stand by my statement, buyer beware! More
RUN, avoid, dont waste your time you ever been surprised by an extra $7,000.00 in fees? $4,000.00 "certification fee", $1,000.00 transportation fee, $900.00 in paperwork fees? what certificati surprised by an extra $7,000.00 in fees? $4,000.00 "certification fee", $1,000.00 transportation fee, $900.00 in paperwork fees? what certification? theres no warranty, theres no cleanliness to the car, etc what transportation fee? im looking at the car? the paperwork fees? what? Shocking AWFUL experience We came in to look at a bmw x7 yesterday, which after finding out how few options it had, and its numerous issues (tailgate misalignment, rear view camera issues, etc), they had the gall to tack on the equivalent of 8.55% of ADDITIONAL FEES. even if you remove them, you end up, with a car thats still overpriced.
