I have never been treated so poorly as I was this I have never been treated so poorly as I was this morning. When I purchased my F150 several years ago from your dealership, I purchased the 150000 m I have never been treated so poorly as I was this morning. When I purchased my F150 several years ago from your dealership, I purchased the 150000 mile bumper to bumper. My vehicle speedometer shuts off and my towing gear locks up. It is random. I still have tache, but it is dangerous. About 6 weeks ago, I brought it to the service dePartment, was charged 100 for diagnostics and told nothing was wrong per diagnostic test so nothing could be done. The lady noted it in my file or. So she said. I was on the road first week of June and it happened again. I was stopped at a traffic light and had extreme difficulty pulling away. My wife took a picture of the computer screen. It is clear that I was teaching around 2.5, speed 0, towing gear too low because it is locked. I called your service dept again, thinking a picture proves there is am issue and you will investigate until you found the problem.. the woman I was dealing with said the picture didn't mean anything, wanted to charge another 100. She said the only way this gets addressed is if we bring it in with the problem happening. If that is after the warranty, we will be charged. I drove my truck to another dealership. The problem was diagnosed and t uh ere is a supplemental Ford recall that addresses this issue should a customer have this problem..Part has been ordered by this dealer. I will never stop into your sales or service department again due to your department's arrogance, and indifference. I plan to complain to Ford, the better business bureau and any other means at my disposal. Thankfully, we were not hurt during this fiasco. I believe I was ignored because of the warranty. Up until these last several visits, i thought your dealership was honest and reliable. No more. Joe More
Unable to resolve a mistake the dealership made the service dept is very unorganized and tell you ur getting one thing and then do another which unfortunately is a big problem when your going to b the service dept is very unorganized and tell you ur getting one thing and then do another which unfortunately is a big problem when your going to be dealing with them for any warranty issues/service problems with the new car you purchased. I had a remote start put on my 2017 Edge Titanium that was told to me would be the exact same as factory direct including a new key fob so that it would all be on one fob not an extra piece so, I paid $556 and what I got was no different than what you get at the Dogpound in Uniontown for $150 my defrost doesn’t come on when started nor does my heated seats, nor did I get a new key fob I got an extra piece to hang off my key ring. After telling them I wanted a refund and it removed I first got the offer to have carpet cleaner 🙄and then a few weeks later they offered a $200 check but wouldn’t remove the starter (which is visably seen sitting in the top left corner of my windshield not as if it were factory direct and hidden obviously) so I refused that offer and after 3 1/2 weeks I had to file a complaint with BBB. We have bought 4 vehicles from Ford of Uniontown and there won’t be any more. Please educate yourself on the service dept of the dealership you choose, even asking all the right questions and writing down exactly what the service dept tells you including the cost they can still be super shady. Good Purchasing Experience Was web shopping for a new van and appreciated the way their discounted web price showed immediately and up front what their discount consisted of. An Was web shopping for a new van and appreciated the way their discounted web price showed immediately and up front what their discount consisted of. Another Uniontown area Ford Dealer's Web "Discount" included $4,000 of your own money and you had to click thru at least one page and scroll down to the bottom of the page and read the fine print to find this lil' detail (wow, the other dealer's "discount" includes applying $4,000 of my own money ??). I bought my 2016 Transit Connect at Uniontown Ford from Robert Pierce/Joyce Firectone and the experience was fantastic. No pressure, NO GIMMICKS, straight forward down to earth people. More

I couldn't believe my ears First let me say I didn't realize Ford dealerships are independently owned and can choose to service your Ford or not. I recently moved into the Union First let me say I didn't realize Ford dealerships are independently owned and can choose to service your Ford or not. I recently moved into the Uniontown area and attempted to establish regular service on my 2014 Ford F150FTX. I didn't buy the $73K truck in Uniontown but I didn't think that mattered to get professional service performed on a Ford vehicle. I just wanted an oil change and tire rotation at their "Quik Lube" but was told I had to make an appointment. The soonest available appointment was 6 days later. Since I had to make the appointment I also asked them to look at the KC driving lights that come installed on the FTX package. I was told they didn't work on aftermarket stuff but after I explained I bought the truck new from Ford with the lights I thought it was settled. 6 days later I'm back BUT I was never scheduled so they will try to fit me in and they refused to look at the lights. I just replied "I won't argue, I'll just call Ford customer service" thinking that the Ford dealership had to work on them if I bought them from Ford. Well bottom line, while I'm on the phone with Ford, the service manager said the owner is now refusing to work on your truck so take the truck back to the dealership you bought from and get the help out. Really....Get the help out! Although Ford heard the whole exchange, it's still their right not to serve me. Unbelievable! How did I become the bad guy More
