Even the timeliness in getting my new tags; it took my daughters CO a week longer than it took Honda to have my tags done. I was even called about what kind of tags I wanted. Mr McDaniels was completely professional and helpful. When I came back to get my tags, he checked my tires (because one appeared a little low), he put air in them knelling down in his nice slacks and shirt. Thank you for a job well done. More

I come from a family of "car" people and have always had someone available to help and guide me with my purchases. Andy knew just how to handle all the paperwork and thoroughly explained the process. With everything in order we took delivery of our XC60 in Goteborg Sweden in early August. After 24 days in Europe the car was shipped from Amsterdam to us via Union Park Volvo. Andy was again front and center making sure the car was properly delivered and took lots of time to explain the operation of the GPS and other computer systems in the car.
