Terrible Customer Service (Sales) Over 4 hours to drive and negotoate a price, they told me to come back to do the paperwork, never called me back, then wouldn't return my calls. Consistently excellent customer focus and service delivery I bought my first Honda from Jeff Bennett in 1986. I was so impressed and pleased with not only the car but with the time, attention, and courtesy sh I bought my first Honda from Jeff Bennett in 1986. I was so impressed and pleased with not only the car but with the time, attention, and courtesy shown me that I have never considered another brand of car or doing business with another dealership. I kept that first Honda for fourteen years. When I made the very difficult decision to get a new car (I am convinced my first Honda is still on the road bringing joy to some other lucky soul), Jeff had "moved on up" and recommended Mike MCDaniel to me. That experience has been just as rewarding and satisfying as the previous one with Jeff. Mike is simply a great "find". I have now leased or purchased three additional Hondas from Mike. I have found him to be extremely knowledgeable, very accommodating, and most professional. He returns calls promptly, responds quickly to any requests for additional information, and is always pleasant, respectful, and easy to work with. In short, he is that rare individual who REALLY beleives in providing great customer service and doing so with a smile. I could not be more pleased with my Honda or with Mike and with everyone I interact with at Union Park. I take my car in for regular servicing and find the staff at the service center friendly and knowledgeable. My Honda also has regular spa visits, Rob is efficient and pleasant and Steve, my spa guy, is a skilled artisan.
