I bought my second Volvo from Union Park Volvo on January 15, 2021. I got a great deal and had a great experience, but I have called 3 times in the past two week to see if my mats that I ordered are in. No 15, 2021. I left messages for my salesman, Patrick, to no avail. I also was promised pin striping, not done yet! I haven’t even had a call back! I guess once you buy, you are forgotten.
