Great Customer Service Called EJ in Service on Friday, 5-20 with regard to a 4 - wheel alignment on my 2009 Kia Borrego for Saturday morning and when I showed up at 7:50 AM Called EJ in Service on Friday, 5-20 with regard to a 4 - wheel alignment on my 2009 Kia Borrego for Saturday morning and when I showed up at 7:50 AM Saturday he already had my service ticket ready and just asked for the keys. I walked up to DJ's Diner at Crossroads Ford for breakfast and when I walked back at 9:10 he had me ready to go. 4 - wheel alignment, oil change and multi-point inspection and out-the-door in just over an hour. Since I bought the car in 2011 I have had it serviced here with great results and always positive experiences. KUDOS to the Union County Kia Service Team for outstanding customer service in a timely manner. Thank you! More

Oil change visit This particular visit was a last minute decision to get an oil change the evening before heading out of state. I called them at 4:20 to see if they c This particular visit was a last minute decision to get an oil change the evening before heading out of state. I called them at 4:20 to see if they could squeeze me in for an oil change that same evening. They accommodated me! Not only did they get me in hat evening, but this has been the only place in the area that I have found that always has the oil filters in stock to get my oil changed in a timely manner without me having to wait for them to locate one and have it delivered. I have always gotten great service from Union Kia. 2 thumbs up for EJ for his outgoing and friendly customer service. It was also during this visit that I met EJ Franklin and made an appointment to come in the following week to test drive a new car. More
