I love taking my car to KIA to get it serviced. Whenever it’s time for me to get a new vehicle I will sure enough go another KIA vehicle. The staff there is awesome Stephanie sold my 2021KIA Sorent Whenever it’s time for me to get a new vehicle I will sure enough go another KIA vehicle. The staff there is awesome Stephanie sold my 2021KIA Sorento she is amazing and is on top of it. Always checks in!! Have brought our Sportage in 5 times to address a “check engine light” The car has now been in your shop 22 days and according to Raquel Maynard the service department still can’t find the problem. I can engine light” The car has now been in your shop 22 days and according to Raquel Maynard the service department still can’t find the problem. I can understand the problem being difficult to find BUT 5 trips to try and find the issue and now 22 days in your shop are not acceptable. I want my wife’s car now. This experience has lowered my confidence in your operation for the future Getting my car back would be a good start in improving that opinion. More
