I sent my 2020 Kia forte here after being broken into. AAfter have my car for over a month, I received my car back, and my back doors wold not lock, to which they said wasn't their fault and would not fix AAfter have my car for over a month, I received my car back, and my back doors wold not lock, to which they said wasn't their fault and would not fix it. I brought them a car that was BROKEN INTO, clearly means all 4 doors could lock before the incident, and it happened while at their facility. People should definitely avoid taking their car here for service! More

My ac has had issues for months with the service department not being able to figure it out, now they say it is resolved but I asked for photo proof and did not receive any. I also found my car with scratches deep into the paint and a paint chip from my car being backed into something while it was in for service without anyone coming forward about the accident. More
