It turned out that Bernie did far more work after we signed the deal than he did in the beginning - he put in a full 7 hours getting us acquainted with our new car and set up technically and financially. My wife and I we both given a chance to familiarize ourselves with the vehicle and drive it with him in the car to guide us our learning experience. We arrived at 2:00 for the delivery of our vehicle and did not leave until 9:00 that evening with all our questions and concerns answered. We were never rushed in any way.
