Overall very good service. I was told that my radio would be fixed at this appointment. Only to find out upon arrival that they don’t do that on the weekends. Appointments apparently mean nothing and they also pad their scheduled maintenance with unnecessary items. No apparent concern when issues were raised. A 16k scheduled maintenance that should have been an their scheduled maintenance with unnecessary items. No apparent concern when issues were raised. A 16k scheduled maintenance that should have been an hour and cost $130 wound up over 3 hours and over $250. Also they didn't reset my oil life and next service date and mileage on my display. Hopefully they actually did the oil change and service. More
