I can’t say enough good things about Raquel. I have never had better customer service with Kia, or any other company in all of my 54 years. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was treated with respect and care during the stressful event of someone breaking into my car, and even handled everything with my insurance that I was just about ready to lose my mind over. Whatever you pay her isn’t enough, and she should train the other employees in the service area how to deal with customers with kindness and exceptional care. She is a genuine joy to be around, made me feel comfortable, and regained my lost confidence in choosing to be a Kia customer. 5 stars and zero complaints about her, as she is an exemplary customer service representative that could literally work for any company in any field and be their number one employee.
