When you're making a big purchase such as a new vehicle it helps tremendously to be able to trust the person you're working with. Taiwon Myrick was also helpful and friendly during the paper signing portion of the transaction. I will definitely tell people (and have already actually) that they should 1) consider buying/leasing a Kia, 2) taking the drive to Indian Trail in their search and 3) contact Steven Cole to help them when they get there. The lease quote was in the budget. Steve was very professional, personable and thoroughly new the car. The entire experience was great. I have dealt recently with three individuals that are a reason why I rate Crossroads Kia at the pinnacle of dealerships in the Charlotte area. Scott Kramer in Sales, Ryan Motte in Finance, and last but def reason why I rate Crossroads Kia at the pinnacle of dealerships in the Charlotte area. Scott Kramer in Sales, Ryan Motte in Finance, and last but definitely not least, David Gustafson in Service. I was having my 2013 KIA Soul Exclaim serviced by David's group, when I spotted a new 2014 KIA Sedona (my first love, since I previously owned a 2007 Sedona). Well, I started a casual conversation with Scott and he immediately gave me a quick introduction to this gorgeous Claret Red beauty !! After a brief introduction to the finance crew, and a very reasonable trade in offer on my Kia Soul, I became the proud owner of my new KIA Sedona. Driving it off the lot was like coming home ! I never realized how much I missed the size, comfort and convenience of my 2007 Sedona. Now don't get me wrong ! I loved my Kia Soul, it was outstanding on the highway, very nimble and fun to drive. But when I needed to pick up my son and his family from the airport, well, it just didn't quite have the room. Anyway, I can highly recommend the guys at Cross Roads KIA for a very pleasant car buying and servicing experience! More

All the staff there were awesome and friendly. I thought the whole process was going to be a pain, but it was a breeze! My first car I brought was an '10 Kia Soul and I love it. That's my new baby. I would highly recommend this place because the staff act like a family, if they do that, then you know you are in good hands! I'd go back any day just to say hi to them. Great job! More
