Exceeded my expectations and Loving my new Sportage! I was at the dealership last week and it was first time to a KIA dealership. To say I'm picky about my vehicle and it's options is very true. I'm a stickler for two features my vehicle must have and Union County KIA and Cassie Branch came to my rescue! I've been wanting a new purchase or lease for a while, but two other auto makers didn't have my options, and neither did KIA until the 2017 model. I'm so glad I stopped in. Cassie was extremely helpful and going the extra mile to ensure she researched the right fit for me. Luckily, the perfect vehicle was on the lot! I wanted the car that night, but we had arrived to the dealership so late in the day and we have a furkid at home with diabetes, and needed to get home. The whole team was accommodating and held the vehicle for me. Cassie made sure I felt confident with all the options it came with and I was grateful. My last vehicle, which was a different auto maker, didn't have many of the features I do now. I'm super impressed with all the bells and whistles I had at my fingertips.
