We just purchased our second Kia this year. Our decision to buy another Kia vehicle was based on quality of the cars and service that we have received at this dealership. Our decision to buy a Kia led us to Crossroads Kia. From the first moment we walked in the dealership we were greeted with friendly faces. Kevin O'Connor met us at the door and began showing us the Kias th the first moment we walked in the dealership we were greeted with friendly faces. Kevin O'Connor met us at the door and began showing us the Kias that we were interested in. He was an excellent seller. He answered all our questions, gave us options, outstanding rebates and deals and made ever effort to help us come to a decision. Upon buying the car Kevin went over all the cars options and how to work all the controls. He went above and beyond to help us have a good buying experience. I will recommend Kevin to all our friends who want to purchase a Kia. We are very happy with our Kia and feel we have made real friends at Crossroads who will take care of us for years to come. More
