I loved my experience at Crossroads Kia I bought my Kia Soul 1/31/2013. This was the first time I ever bought a car and John made it extremely easy I was so worried about not getting a good deal or not be Soul 1/31/2013. John made me feel very comfortable and helped educate me on how to buy a car. I leased my very first brand new car a Kia Soul which I love very much. On top of that I felt like I was visiting an old friend and picking up a car that they picked out especially for me. The managers and finance guys there were great also. I just joined the military and they helped me establish some very important parts of my new found independence, and learn a little about myself John is a decorated Army veteran as well as the finance guy was an Air Force vet. I couldn't have felt more comfortable buying a car from somebody if I had dreamed it myself I would definitely recommend Crossroads Kia not only to my fellow service members but to anyone looking for a great deal and a great experience. I originally went in to kia to lower my payment on my existing loan and possibly a new Soul. After being shown a few different models, fell in love with the Kia sportage. Pete and Mike worked with me for three hours to find a way to keep my payment within my budget and not let me leave until I was a happy customer, leaving with a great deal and beautiful car.
