I just purchased a brand new Kia from CrossRoads Kia and the experience was wonderful! As a single women walking onto a dealership lot you go thinking you are at a true disadvantage. That was not the way it was at Cross Roads Kia, Jon Haynes was awesome, never making me feel pressured and showed and told me about things I had no idea to ask, he truly made me feel like I was important and I needed to have all the information in order to make the best decision for myself, he wanted me to be happy with my choice. I can be very indecisive Jon was very patient, friendly and made my decision making easy. Scott Apsega the Finance Manager was very through, friendly and knowledgeable, he made signing all the paperwork fun. I will highly recommend Cross Roads Kia to anyone I know looking for a car. My husband filled out a questionaire that we were in the market for a Kia Soul. We received several replies . But after talking and emailing back and forth with different salesmen, we chose to deal with M market for a Kia Soul. We received several replies . He did not disappoint. We were very impressed with his professionalism, his friendliness, his knowledge and his overall approach. We drove over on a Saturday from Huntersville, N.C. to the car dealership. Mr. Myrick, had our Kia Soul ready and waiting for us just as he had promised. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and professional. We met the Sales Manager and Mr. Scott Apsega, the Finance Manager. He was straight forward and efficient.
