Came in to pick my Kia Soul up from being serviced for regular maintenance. Had been considering trading up, if it was feasible for my budget. Chris is the one that offered exceptional service to me when I bought my Soul back in 2011, so I definitely wanted her involved in this potential deal. I found the perfect Sorento, which happened to be a 2014, and fell in love. It all worked out, the transaction and trade in were smooth, and the overall time from looking at cars to getting through the paperwork was very limited-which was a blessing, since I didn't plan on being at the dealership all day long. And to top it off, at the end when Chris was showing me a few of the options in the car that were a little different from my 2011 Kia, another rep came out to the car and informed us that yet another rebate had just popped in their email. This allowed me to go back in, redo the contract which didn't take hardly any time at all, and lower my payments by just over another $10 a month! What other dealership and employees would go out of their way for a customer like that? I don't know, but I do know Crossroads is the only one who has EVER done that for me! Keep up the great work, and as of right now..........I am a Crossroads Kia customer for life! :-) More
As a single mom just returning back into the workforce after 2.5 years of not having a job, I was worried that I would be unable to purchase a car. I went on the Kia website and saw the car I want to buy. On the site it asked if you wanted a Kia Representive to call you back and I responded with a "yes". Within 10 minutes Mr. Haynes called and the process began. I was really impressed by his hard work and determination to get me into the car that I wanted and not what "KIA" wanted. The transaction went very smoothly and that is the first time that has ever happen in a dealership. After I purchase the car I noticed a crack in the windshield, I called told Jon the problem he said to bring it back and will make sure it gets taken care of. I just want to say thank you for making this so easy for me. I wish you many more sales! More

I recently bought a new 2013 Kia Rio here. I talked to a sales guy over e-mail for 2 days before I even came. He explained a lot and answered my questions thoroughly. I was welcomed by two sales guys when I got there, and got to test drive in under 15 minutes. The customer service was excellent. Everybody was very friendly and occasionally asked if we would like something to drink. The only thing that wasn't 100% great was the finances. They did work a decent deal out with me, but I believe they could of did a little better. Overall, I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new/used car. More

After having a very negative experience at another local Kia dealership, I was referred by strangers (who had bought not one, but 2 Kia Souls) to come to Crossroads Kia, and ask for "Pete". From the moment Kia dealership, I was referred by strangers (who had bought not one, but 2 Kia Souls) to come to Crossroads Kia, and ask for "Pete". From the moment I came onto the lot, until the moment I left, I was treated with honesty, respect, courtesy, professionalism, and phenomenal customer service. Pete spent MORE than enough time with me, explaining differences in cars, taking me on test drives, showing me car sales figures, and explaining things so they made sense to a single woman with a serious doubt about trusting car salespeople. He was knowledgeable and had a quick wit that could (almost) keep up with mine. He helped me to make a decision to lease my first Kia (Soul), after almost 20 years of driving Hondas. He encouraged my questions and provided me with answers that made sense. If he didn't have the answer, he wasn't afraid to go ask someone to join in who could provide me with this information. I am thrilled to be driving my 2013 Soul, and look forward to a continued friendship with Pete and the other employees I met at this dealership. By far, this is the best car buying experience that my wife and I have had. From the start, Pete Holsten (our salesman) made us feel truly welcomed.
