Brandon Jolly and Everett Pettaway took a tag-team approach to get me into a new vehicle. My situation was not a good one (probably one of the worst), but these guys turned lemons into lemonade! Great Experience with Doug and Union County Kia! I purchased a used Kia Sorento on 7/3/17 from Union County Kia. I saw the car online, contacted the dealership and confirmed it was still available. I I purchased a used Kia Sorento on 7/3/17 from Union County Kia. I saw the car online, contacted the dealership and confirmed it was still available. I drove to Monroe from Boone. I had talked with sales associate Doug Benson on the phone and met him on the lot. I had a very positive sale experience. Doug patiently answered my questions. When he wasn't sure of an answer, he didn't "come up" with something--he actually looked the answer up and he showed me where he was getting the information. He never put any pressure on me about buying that car or any car. He is very courteous and has a good sense of humor. He (and Union) provided several different options that I could consider for financing the car if I wanted to finance with them. (Diego in the finance office--also great!) Doug, Diego, and several of the other team members actually stayed more than an hour after the store closed to help wrap up my sale so I could drive the car away then. I really couldn't have had a better car-buying experience--unless they would have just given me the car! I hope I will continue to have a positive relationship with the dealership. Right now I definitely would return to Union County Kia if I were in the market for another car. And I would recommend it to friends and family. Thanks, Doug. More
