Excellent experience. This was the best car buying experience. Everyone was so nice and friendly, no one was pushy like other places. Jon and Taiwon were very knowledgeable This was the best car buying experience. Everyone was so nice and friendly, no one was pushy like other places. Jon and Taiwon were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were both helpful in explaining everything about the car and the financing options. Jon even called a few days after I bought the car just to make sure everything was going well and to answer any new questions I may have. I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone. DO NOT GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP YOUR TIME/MONEY!!!!! I would HIGHLY recommend that NO ONE uses this dealership if you are in the market for a new/used vehicle. The staff at Crossroads Kia were unbelievab I would HIGHLY recommend that NO ONE uses this dealership if you are in the market for a new/used vehicle. The staff at Crossroads Kia were unbelievably UNhelpful in so many ways. Jon Haynes (sales) would never return my calls and made me feel like I didn't do my share of the deal. He asked for all of my information through emails and then said he never got my attachments when clearly they were sent. THEN after I we waited for 2 hours at the dealership, they say that they're going to take care of the tags and everything for me. It has been a month and my 30 day tag is expiring, so I call the dealership to see what is taking so long. Taiwon (finance) tells me that they can't transfer my plate so I need to go pay my taxes before they can help me any further. I wish they would've realized that sooner. I'm not a fool-they just started working on my case when I called them. They did NOTHING to help me. The secretary told me that Taiwon was taking a lunch break at 2:30 pm and he would give me a call back after he got back from lunch. Well he never did and the dealership is open until 9 pm. Thanks for all of your help Crossroads Kia - it was an absolutely miserable experience to say the least. Poor customer service and overall bad transaction. More

I left with the car I really wanted at a great price. I can tell Steven really enjoys what he does. When you're making a big purchase such as a new vehicle it helps tremendously to be able to trust the person you're working with. Taiwon Myrick was also helpful and friendly during the paper signing portion of the transaction. I will definitely tell people (and have already actually) that they should 1) consider buying/leasing a Kia, 2) taking the drive to Indian Trail in their search and 3) contact Steven Cole to help them when they get there. More

When they offered us more than the residual value of the lease I entertained the idea of leasing a new one. Steve Cole, showed us several new Souls and my wife selected an !. The lease quote was in the budget. Steve was very professional, personable and thoroughly new the car. The entire experience was great. I would recommend the dealership and Steve Cole to anyone interested in a Kia. More
