Very dishonest The salesman lied to me then the sales manager lied to me and the general manager lied. Took suv in for repairs they wanted 1400 dollars for work they already had done. Tried to take advantage of the wife til I called them. Ended up being less than 200. So it’s service and management. No Headache Car Buying I cringe when I decide I want to purchase a new car, skeptical of the typical care salesman games and time wasted, this go around was different though I cringe when I decide I want to purchase a new car, skeptical of the typical care salesman games and time wasted, this go around was different though. I work with Don Flint who made the entire process a smooth and easy process. He continued to work with me to get me in the car I wanted. He did not try to sale me on a car I was not interested in. He listened to what I was wanting and provided options, and in the end, I left in a new car. Hi Mary , My manager asked me to reach out to you about your Soul that we looked at a few days ago. It's all about lining up potential buyers, and we may have found a way to go. If it is still available, we may have an opportunity to improve our trade allowance. If you're available in the next day or so, please allow us to take a second closer look at your vehicle. Please call ahead as this is a fluid situation. This added insult to injury. They don't even realize that they have already fleeced us and want to do it again. I love my Kia but be careful where you buy and make sure you deal with people who have integrity. Surely not all Kia dealerships are like this one. More
