I've been going to Andrew Toyota for 14 years with my 1998 Camry. The people are very pleasant to deal with, and my car continues to run fine. We purchased the toyota land cruiser from the dealership approximately 14 years ago. Working with the entire team was a great experience. It started with us bringing in our old vehicle for service. Janel Nelson treated us very well during the sales experience. She was kind, polite, accomodating, and helped us feel comfortable with not needing to shop at any other dealerships and with our purchase. She also helped us feel as though she was genuinely interested in serving us. Working with her, Mike, Jared and the rest of the team was awesome. More

We have taken our newer Corolla to Andrew Toyota and find the service experience to be very pleasant. The waiting area is as clean, bright, and comfortable as they come, and the staff is friendly and attent the service experience to be very pleasant. The waiting area is as clean, bright, and comfortable as they come, and the staff is friendly and attentive. It is a great place to wait for a car to be serviced, and the shuttle ride is convenient if you don't want to wait. I have all good things to say about my service experience at Andrew Toyota and feel happy that there is such a nice place to take my Corolla when it (infrequently) needs service. More

But he helped me and assured me with any uncertainty that I had. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole experience. Since then I have continuously referred Prentiss to many associates and friends. They have all given positive feedback about their experiences. Whenever I am at Andrew Toyota for a scheduled service, if Prentiss spots me, he remembers me and always asks if I am still satisified with my purchase, which I am very pleased. For those reasons, I will continue to refer him to any and everyone that I know is in the market for a new/used car. More

Just moved from North Carolina to Milwaukee and have been in to the dealership twice for a "check engine light". Unbelievable experience! I could have hung out there all day. Pleasant staff who routinely made rounds throughout the dealership updating guest and making sure folks knew they weren't forgotten. Trustworthy... I never felt like they were "upselling" the invoice. Truly felt like they had my best interest at heart. Warm, friendly, trustworthy... I wouldn't go anywhere else. I drove away chuckling and thought, "Hum... I'm not even upset by the fact that I just dropped $240.00." They even send you away with a bag of chocolate chip cookies... and a free car wash. The car looked brand new and is running great. I was very impressed. Congratulations for creating such a great dealership experience. It's quite an anomaly for the industry. ;) C. Lamothe More
