2018 Chevy Cruze Sergey was great in assisting us with the work that needed to be done. He is a pleasure to work with. Very convenient and friendly shuttle service. I did not get any status of the vehicle service needs or brake wear/measurement with the tire rotation. Not the service person I originally talked to I did not get any status of the vehicle service needs or brake wear/measurement with the tire rotation. Not the service person I originally talked to told me " it is a new system, printer does not work, but trust me everything is fine." At 35,000 miles the only item that has been replaced is oil and air filter. I was told my car was in front but had to find someone to retrieve it as it was not there. I had to ask at 30,000 miles if the air filter was needed and they said yes should be replaced at that mileage without your service group recommending it to be replaced. More proactive service recommendations would be appreciated. More

Not done what I requested I made an appointment online, I included my needs (tire rotation, new wiper blades) I also indicated I had a coupon. I get home......none of my request were done according to the paper, except an oil change!!! More

First oil change The paper work stated that the tires should be rotated. On the work order it did not state that this had been done. Also car was not washed. He called me back and said bring the car in today (6-7-19) and he would check. The tires were not rotated, he told me to have a seat in the waiting room and nbn he would have it done right away.
