The speed of service in that department. was so surprising in Parts. My actual appointment was to have my new key programmed. The greeter, Milton, was friendly, courteous & funny. He helped me get some popcorn. My husband & small pet dog were with me too. All the salespeople, even a visiting Oscar Johnson were nice when they passed through the waiting room. The waiting room with the coffee and water were very appropriate as we watched TV.! More

By the second day, he made everything he promised to do on the first day so that the car was in much better conditions than originally. Me and my wife were deeply satisfied driving the car back to Madison after all financial formalities and documentation were done during my second trip to Milwaukee.
