Car repair not the same as promised I typically don't post reviews on anything but my experience with Andrew Chevrolet has been terrible. We bought a used car from them, granted it had I typically don't post reviews on anything but my experience with Andrew Chevrolet has been terrible. We bought a used car from them, granted it had a lot of miles and we are not expecting to use the car forever. However, they said they would replace the brakes. Three months later we bring the car in for an oil change and the back brakes are at an extremely unsafe level. We called Chevrolet thinking there must have been some mistake. Instead of the friendly service we got when buying the car, the salesman, who I won't name, claims he never said they were replacing both brakes. I stated, "You said you would replace THE brakes." He says, "Well, you should have asked exactly what I meant. And I'm amazed you can remember exactly what I said so long ago." Of course, the degrading tone was extremely offensive. He pulled up the carfax and it stated that they replaced THE brakes but he doesn't remember ever saying that. He then states, "You can bring it in and we can give you a price quote on replacing the back brakes." No thank you. We will be buying and repairing our car at a reliable place from here on out. More

2018 Chevy Cruze Sergey was great in assisting us with the work that needed to be done. He is a pleasure to work with.
