However, they never seem to be expecting me with my appointment, or review services I request online. Come to think of it, they forgot to address my body work estimate. They said the body shop I might have to make a separate appointment if they couldn't get work in an slot with the body shop. Why wasnt that coodinated in advance? My appointment and request was made a week in advance!. In Brookfield where I used to take my car, they always offered body work estimates. Should be more seemless. More
