HOWEVER, Brian Gilbert (I'm guessing he is the finance manager) was not as spectacular as the dealership. Brian became remote and disinterested once we declined Custom Edge warranty coverage. Along with having to sign several documents stating that we will not be accepting coverage through Custom Edge, Brian's actions when we tried to continue conversation with him had a "I don't give a xxxx" tone and please leave my office once Warranty coverage was declined. This withdrawn attitude made us feel like we made the right decision in obtaining coverage elsewhere and possibly will never consider Custom Edge warranty coverage in the future. More

If it wasn’t for him I would have given a lower review, because I found a chunk of my tire missing on my new car the morning after purchasing it. I basically had to beg with the manager for a replacement, but Dennis helped me in every way he could. I did get the replacement tire, and have been more than satisfied with my car since. All of the vehicles at this dealership are beautiful and the purchase process is smooth, easy, and fast. I would definitely go back for my next purchase. More
