My family has been a customer of this place for years, we have bought 4 cars from here, went to check out a CLS63 that was lowered to $42,650, but when I called and let them know I was coming they raised the have bought 4 cars from here, went to check out a CLS63 that was lowered to $42,650, but when I called and let them know I was coming they raised the price to $43,112. That was only the beginning as after tax and warranty the vehicle was being marked up almost $20k, the max discount they would offer is $400 for a customer that’s been with them for years, as if that is not enough, the general manager Scott is a guy I would not like to converse with ever again as he is the rudest person I’ve met. Telling a 4 time customer to go back to 1982 for a cheaper car basically telling me to go xxxx myself, last time I will be visiting this place and definitely the last time we purchase a car from here, will make sure to let my extensive family know to stay away from this place. More
