Unreliable sales tactics and some really bad customer service!!!! Please stay away from this place, when buying a high-end car!!! I negotiated and ordered my Mercedes Benz with this company online and out of state, because it was a unique model-color combination. I understand that when buying a used car that it comes as-is, which of course includes normal wear and tear, small scratches, nicks, etc.. As the transaction was out of state and on-line, I asked specifically in what state the car was in and was informed that there was no major damage and that this car was really complete. Well, after it appeared on my doorstep, it had a big dent and a scratch, that was very poorly repaired and hidden in the shadows of the pictures that were shared with me during the sales process. In addition, the car was completely dirty when it arrived, only had one key fob, missing floor mats, missing cargo cover and although I was promised that all fees were included in the transaction, I ended up paying an additional thousand dollars. When I confronted both the salesman (Aleks) as well as the manager (Allen [be extra cautious, when he starts calling you friend]), they basically told me that I just had to accept everything as is. Not accepting the car was of course an option for me, but that would've costed me another thousand dollars, which they would've deducted from my down payment. All in all, a horrible experience that I wish nobody else has to experience with this dealer that doesn't believe in customer service. More
STAY AWAY! Worked with Andrew and Nick to purchase an SUV. Put down a deposit, submitted the purchase order provided by Andrew and NIck to the bank and the loan was approved. Received an email two business days later they had sold the car to someone else. Apparently honesty and integrity is not part of Ultimo Motor's business philosophy. More
STAY AWAY! I was looking into purchasing a car that I saw online, (I’m out of state) they ran my credit twice, looking for the best rate ...got approved. Agreed on price, I had to fly in check out the car and take it. After running my credit and agreeing to fly in on the weekend they then told me I had to leave a non-refundable deposit, for a car I didn’t drive or see in person yet. Oliver (salesman) kept telling me it was management, and if I wanted to “seal the deal, and not have the car sold out from under me” I had to put a 3500.00 deposit. That’s no way to do business. Shady Shady Shady!!!! More
I purchased two cars from ultimo motors in eight months, Here are my problems #1 the first car I bought I was promise the second key, never received it, also the Bank they used to finance my first car tol Here are my problems #1 the first car I bought I was promise the second key, never received it, also the Bank they used to finance my first car told me that ultimo motors bought extra points on the back end which inflated the interest rate and the car note. Miraculously they had the exact same car that I was looking for so I went back to try and do business with them again, SMH negotiated a price and told them that in order for me to purchase this car they would have to give me the key for my 1st car, how about they tried to tell me NO until I would not take no for an answer, they finally agreed, we put the key and a wax job on the IOU, A month of purchasing my second car and several reminders they finally got the key, the wax job was horrible, then the following week on a $73,000 car the front brakes went out, I asked them to at least cover the labor and I would purchase the brakes they said no. Also both of the rear seatbelts were broke and I did not know The extended warranty they saw me also will not cover this, The rear seatbelts are $2300 each! One got replace by Mercedes under the final warranty now I have to cover the other one, my sales rep Sam at ultimo motors was awesome and did the best he could, he was very apologetic and I was impressed by his humility, even though I knew upper management was giving him a hard time as well without him saying, but the tower/management is a bunch of young unexperienced unprofessional cocky Bratz, also this is what happens when you don’t get your car inspected from a used dealership such as Ultimo motors in Westmont before purchasing, Two cars $110,000 in eight months you would think they would be a little more hospitable. Lesson learned. More

Sold us a Maserati and a Mercedes Benz 10/28/19 check engine lights came on on both vehicles within 3 days of purchase. We took them back to Ultimo they had our vehicles for 2 days and they were not repa engine lights came on on both vehicles within 3 days of purchase. We took them back to Ultimo they had our vehicles for 2 days and they were not repaired and we have to go back when the parts come in. I can’t believe they didn’t offer any type of compensation considering the fact they sold us faulty vehicles and we had to UBer back to Indiana on the count of them saying the Maserati would be 1 hour to repair and the Mercedes would be 3. This has been the worst buying experience we have ever experienced. More
