I will not ever purchase another vehicle from Ultimate Rides. About 6 months ago I bought a vehicle from Ultimate Rides Before I purchased my car I noticed the Check Tire pressure light was on. I was Rides. About 6 months ago I bought a vehicle from Ultimate Rides Before I purchased my car I noticed the Check Tire pressure light was on. I was assured they would fix the problem before I picked up the car the next day. The salesman said they fixed the problem. Actually they only added air to the tire which turned the light off. A week later when the light came back on, I was told it was because of cold weather. It's been over 90° and the light still comes on every week. I took the car to a mechanic. There is an air leak in the tire sensor causing problems. Ultimate Rides never fixed anything. My salesman told me the car had heated seats. The seats have never worked for me. I am still waiting for the manager to call me back after I spoke with my salesman about the problem. Hazard lights don't work. It's not the bulb. Getting a car in winter means, the air conditioning blows cold air whether it works or not when you check it at the dealership. Then in May, when it is hot, you find yourself having to purchase a new compressor. And now my car is with a mechanic. I need all suspension work. Shocks or struts entire steering column is shot. I don't speak Mechanic, but I understand that I am now spending more than the car is worth. I have purchased many used cars from many different dealerships and I have never had trouble like this. Ultimate Rides has a nice building, a staff ready to sell you anything, and cars that look great on the outside. Unfortunately, Ultimate Rides is still an old school shady dealership I can't recommend them More
