Rip Off Artists. Avoid this place. Was sold a car that was so overpriced cannot sell it or trade it. On the same car, had to pay over 500 for repairs after their "Warr Avoid this place. Needless to say, shortly after their sorry warranty expired, the alternator had to be replaced - out of pocket. They will rip you off. More

Waste of time! Purchased a car from this dealership, and had to bring the car back multiple times, some of the repairs they refused to fix them. Misleading I truly enjoyed working and talking with the employees at Ultimate Image but when it came to the final purchase of the vehicle I wanted was very disap I truly enjoyed working and talking with the employees at Ultimate Image but when it came to the final purchase of the vehicle I wanted was very disappointed. I felt as though I was not allowed to have what I want but only what they wanted me to have and they blamed it on the bank. My thing is if you can finance one vehicle for a certain amount of time at a certain payment you should be able to finance the one I want for the same amount of time. They bill themselves as the "people dealership" but this is only if you fit into what they want you to. If I am paying MY MONEY for something I want what I want not what you want me to have. You only do children that way. More
